The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards before they are released to customers or the production line.

As our Quality Inspector , you’ll support HID’s success by:
Perform thorough inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Utilize a variety of inspection techniques, tools, and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual aids to assess product quality.
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, discrepancies, and deviations from quality standards, and document findings accurately.
Record inspection results, maintain detailed inspection records, and generate comprehensive reports to track quality trends and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and suppliers to address quality issues, resolve non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present quality information to management, suppliers and customers as required.
Excellent communications skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate findings and actions.
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection methods, and statistical process control techniques.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
