Join Our Team as a Stores Person

Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for stores operations in an engineering environment? Redler Limited is looking for a Stores person to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our company's operations. As a Stores person, you'll report directly to the Head of Operations and work collaboratively to drive excellence in our purchasing activities.

Working in our manufacturing unit, the role will encompass:

1. Goods inwards / outwards
2. Quarantine areas in conjunction with inspection
3. All Stores equipment
4. Kit marshalling areas

Working in our new warehouse, you will be responsible for all goods inwards, conducting visual inspections with particular attention towards parts / packaging / quantities, notifying relevant personnel of any discrepancies. You will book-in and manage all incoming goods onto our ERP system and store in the appropriate stock/kitting location. You will continually review stock levels of inventory parts and stock locations through weekly cycle counting and annual stocktakes. You will attend the daily Operations meeting and liaise with purchasing and other departments to ensure OTD and workable work. Working closely with the despatch manager and the purchasing department, you will ensure all shortages are known and managed in order to ensure that Production Orders can be met and will pack all completed assemblies and parts for despatch. You will be continually looking at ways to improve our processes, stock control, and visualization.

You will have:

• Previous experience of operating in a busy warehouse with responsibility for stock accuracy
• Experience of parts picking and order processing
• Extensive IT skills
• FLT Licence
• Flexible in your outlook and willing to undertake tasks outside your job description

The role is office-based at our premises in Stonehouse and comes with an excellent salary, 25 days holiday, and other benefits including sick pay and death in service payments.
