Salary / Pay Rate: £27 P/H (Umbrella)

The Role

We are seeking a pause practitioner to work with vulnerable women to give them the chance to take control over their lives.

You will build a successful relationship with women at risk of becoming pregnant and having a child taken into care.

You will develop focused, bespoke and creative interventions that meet the woman's needs and objectives and ensure that any financial spending on women is aligned with their goals as set out in their care plan;

The Candidate

Professional qualification and experience within social work, mental health, child development, youth work.

Experience of working with families/individuals who present with a range of complex needs.

Experience of case management including assessments, care planning and reviews with clients with complex needs
