Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer. Location: Reading, Berkshire. Salary / Benefits £25k - £36k + Training + Benefits Our client is a leading and independent Water Hygiene / Legionella company, they are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites. This role would suit a candidate who has extensive experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer, carrying out L8 management duties, looking to join a forward thinking and continuously growing Water Hygiene / Legionella company. Experience & Qualifications:

  • Will have experience working for a Water Hygiene / Legionella company, working hands on as an engineer.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to organise workload efficiently.
The Role:
  • Undertaking temperature monitoring and water sampling.
  • TMV servicing and failsafes.
  • Undertaking tank cleans and disinfections.
  • Calorifier purging.
  • Showerhead descales and disinfections.
  • Routinely flushing little used outlets.
  • Working in accordance with ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.
