Contract Type: Ongoing contract
Occupational Therapist Pay Rate: £29 - £33 per hour (assignment rate)
Fully online and paperless registration service
~ Free DBS and compliance service including paid for mandatory e-learning and practical training modules (if applicable)
~ NHSBT, The Home Office and Vaccination Centres (private and public) are just some of the projects we’ve recently recruited to.
~£250 refer a friend bonus once referral has worked 100 hours (uncapped – T&Cs apply)
~ Registration body costs covered based on length of service (T&Cs apply)
~ Find your own job bonus - Receive £250 for bringing your own position to us
~ Clinical governance and revalidation support from an in-house qualified health professional with over 15 years experience
~ Your own dedicated consultant with extensive experience within the healthcare sector
~ Daily payroll and in-house payroll system

Providing medical assessments/outcomes for residents in settled and temporary accommodation Occupational therapy assessments of housing needs Accompanied viewings Inspection and assessments of void properties for suitability
View void adapted properties to ensure recycling of stock Ensure that layout of properties meets the needs of residents according to their level of disability, mobility or impairment
Provide a bridge between Adult Social Care/Children's Disabled Services and Housing Match applicants to properties & shortlisting for adapted properties Joint working with planning/architects to discuss community needs, desired areas and design for wheelchair accessible/adaptable new builds
Requirements of the Social Services Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Recent experience within social services / local authority / council
