Workforce Transformation is an exciting new business area set up to help our CEOs and senior business leaders think about what our business strategy means for our organisation’s future. You will act as a business consultant, helping leaders develop their operating models, and then translate this the right skills, capabilities, and roles for their business area, deciding the best course of action to get us there successfully You will work at pace, exercising strong analytical and communication skills, through both completing regular workshops to provoke change, promote transformation and ensure future capabilities, alongside creating executive level board papers and reports.
Prior experience undertaking an organisation design / development, workforce transformation, human capital, and/or Business Architect role, showcasing excellent operating model and organisation design experience within a Financial or Professional Services environment
Commercial acumen, including the ability to articulate the financial impact of business choices
Ability to connect elements of ‘people change’ to the successful execution of business strategy - ideally honed from a background working in a consultancy setting
Starting salary National Circa £80k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
~ Bonus opportunity -12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
