Our dedicated Managed Services team, also known as Robiquity X, are looking for a Senior Power Platform Support Analyst to join them. As a Support Analyst you’ll be responsible for the continuous delivery of quality throughout all our services.

Technical capability – provide daily operational support for Intelligent Automation Production systems.
Innovate - Identify new process opportunities while maintaining Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.
2+ years of developing and/or supporting Power Platform environments (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
~ Experience with Managing the governance and assurance of Power Platform assets
~ Experience of providing 2nd/3rd line technical support in a diverse technology environment.
~ An ability to explain technical problems in non-technical language to internal and external stakeholders
~ Strong initiative, with excellent organisational, planning and self-management skills
~ Experience of effectively co-ordinating your own work and that of colleagues to respond effectively to changing priorities, assessing urgency and criticality of support requests, incidents and problems
~ Experience in training and developing support staff in Power Platform
