Position: Rigging Supervisor Location: Middlesbrough Start Date: Immediate Duration: 8-10 weeks Shifts: 10hrs/day, 13 on 1 off PAYE Pay Rates: Days: 1st 38 Hrs Mon-Fri: £23.38/hr + Hol Pay O/T 1: £32.73/hr O/T 2: £42.08/hr £2.37/hr Bonus Travel & Fare / Radius Allowance £48.16/day Lodge Allowance (if over 40 miles from site) The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Rigging Supervisors on behalf of our client for an industrial shutdown in Middlesbrough. Duties will include:
- Leading and supervising a team of riggers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
- Ensuring that all rigging operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Developing and implementing rigging plans and procedures for each project, considering factors such as load requirements, equipment specifications, and site conditions.
- Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that rigging activities are integrated smoothly into overall project schedules.
- Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintaining accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and personnel certifications.
- Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding rigging operations.
