You are in safe hands - we are a very experienced apprenticeship employer and have employed at least 10 apprentices over the last few years.
You will be part of a wider office environment who provide professional recruitment services to a range of clients, you will also be providing support to resourcers and consultants for the live roles they are working on. You will be working out of our Edinburgh office in the heart of the city centre.
This role will be providing support to all aspects of the Edinburgh office, you will be based here but may be required to provide support across the wider business. The jobholder will contribute to the continuous development through flexibility, and adaptability to meet business requirements.
You will become a key digital support staff member, for all staff working collaboratively across this network
Using IQX, our CRM system, with an advanced level of access to provide information requests, investigate issues and queries and ensure compliance documents are checked and filed in the system
Using Microsoft SharePoint to manage and support requests relating to project and training reports
Using Microsoft Office Suite to contribute to reporting for incoming client files, CV formatting and sharing documents with consultants through share drive
Good foundation knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
