An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Party Wall Specialist at various levels, ranging from Senior to Director, within a forward-thinking Consultancy located in the heart of London. The role promises an attractive salary, with potential earnings ranging from £60k for Senior-level candidates to £100k+ for a Director-level candidate. The Consultancy has experienced significant success, leading to a phase of growth, and now seeks a qualified individual to take the Party Wall team to new heights. Collaborating with investors, developers, owners, and tenants, they are involved in a diverse range of projects, primarily in commercial and residential sectors, as well as commercial and retail.
The company's vision is to expand its party wall business from Central and Greater London to other major cities across the UK. Hence, they are seeking an industry specialist in Party Wall matters, preferably at Senior level or above, capable of leading and advancing Party Wall initiatives. Being well-known in the industry and having a track record of fostering growth by building and managing a proficient team are essential. Business development skills are pivotal to the role, and those with a passion for it will find both job satisfaction and a competitive salary + benefits package.
In return, the company offers an excellent remuneration package, including a potential 6-figure salary with bonuses and benefits. Moreover, the selected candidate may have the opportunity to acquire equity in the company within the first 6 months.
