Job Description eCommerce Manager
Permanent, full time (37.Hybrid working between our Derby office 3 days a week and working from home 2 days a week

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK’s leading mortgage intermediary. With over 200 awards and counting, we're proud of our people and reputation in the industry for innovation and supporting people to be their best. We’re looking for a commercially focused eCommerce manager to take ownership of our website, driving performance and experience.

Our marketing team is comprised of 30 experts tasked with capturing leads, developing the customer experience and supporting our advisors. We are investing in digital, having recently re-platformed our website and have developed numerous digital tools. We are now seeking an ambitious eCommerce manager to lead on the development, performance and experience of our website.

You will play an integral role in the success of our digital marketing strategy and be part of the story in driving high quality leads across our network of businesses, comfortable working with GA 4, as well as SEM Rush and Ahrefs.

Your focus will be to develop lead gen journeys across our website, working with our development agency to maintain and improve the website. You'll collaberate with channel managers to support them with how traffic interacts and converts through the website while leading the charge on any new developments or tools to help our customers and drive lead generation.
