Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their dynamic team in London. If you have a passion for driving efficiency, enhancing scalability, and working with cross-functional teams, this could be the perfect role for you

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive the direct fulfilment programme for our client in the EMEA region.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Supply Chain Managers (SSCM) and our Vendor Services to improve operational efficiency and maximise sell-in.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through process design and improvement.
  • Work alongside Sales, Order Management, Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage operational reporting configurations, including new SKUs, bugs, and data integrity.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to partner and country teams regarding SKU information/maintenance, contracted cost prices, and ASIN mappings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced online sales environment, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Supply chain experience
  • Project Management
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales, emphasising relationship building with partners.
  • Experience working within European markets, with a solid understanding of regional retail dynamics.
