BOOK KEEPER LOCATION: GRAVESEND HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5:30PM SALARY: UPTO £32,000 DOE This well-established and successful company are looking for an experienced Book Keeper to work in their busy offices based in Gravesend. As the Book Keeper you require a high level of experience of bank reconciliation's. Your main role will be to ensure the proper and accurate reconciliation of the company's client account bank balance with cash amounts in the ledger. SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  • Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
  • Assist auditors - internal and external
  • Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bank
  • Maintain reports and data
  • Reconcile and rectify all client ledger accounts
  • Reconcile discrepancies
  • Dealing with customer or clients queries
