To continue this trajectory, we're searching for an energetic Project Manager to join the Data & Insights team. The role is based in our London office and reports to the Senior Vice President of Data & Insights. A key focus will be supporting the Data Analysis teams, BI Development team and the Data Governance team in executing and maturing our business processes. As a Project Manager your goal is to focus on improvements in lean/agile methodology not only for the teams but the organization as well. THE CHALLENGE: Ensure the successful use of the Data & Insights Project Management strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables. Implement and continuously improve project control and governance. Contribute to improving the team's framework and standards for project delivery. Provide project planning, delegation, monitoring, milestone & scope management, and resource management. Estimate the resources and participation needed to achieve project goals. Identify and pro-actively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate. Set and continually manage delivery expectations with team members and stakeholders. Ensure transparent and regular data-driven reporting to the key stakeholders to ensure delivery is clearly understood and timely decisions can be taken. Act as the link between the Senior Vice President of Data & Insights and workstream leads. learned are logged. Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are in place. Drive change management initiatives across the function. Work directly with managers and provide support via tracking and reporting project status updates on a weekly basis. Provide co-ordination for non-technical projects on an ad-hoc basis. Build trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. Support the team to reach high level of self-organization and cross-functionality. ABOUT YOU: You are 'a people person' who truly values collaboration. It's essential that you are a self-driven servant leader that proactively plans work to reach long term business outcomes. Agile principles and values are deeply embedded into your core, enabling you to stay focused in a work environment that's always evolving. A proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing a diverse range of projects (e.g. small/large/complex). Strong communicator with previous stakeholder management experience. Collaborative approach and adept at building effective business relationships with key stakeholders. Experience in Management of Change. Be a problem solver and can manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously with minimal supervision. Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, delivery dashboards, and delivery roadmaps including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. A flexible and hands-on approach. Display problem solving acumen, take ownership of issues and aim to drive to resolution. See the bigger picture by coordinating efforts of team members to deliver according to plan. Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations. Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions. Highly proficient IT skills in MS Office 365. Experience in waterfall and/or agile methods of project management for medium to large sized projects/ programs is expected A strong interest in both people and technology. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English). Bachelor's degree in computer science or leadership is a benefit. Sportradar is a global company.
