You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, maximising customer interactions, and supporting an outstanding customer journey. Negotiate effectively to convert quotes into orders, process orders when necessary, and provide technical, customized solutions based on customer requirements.
Data Integrity:Ensure accuracy in data entry (SAP and CRM) for seamless internal operations and optimal customer service.
Product Knowledge & Compliance:Maintain strong knowledge of Cathelcos offerings, legal and sanctions compliance, and adhere to the authorisations matrix for order accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Engagement:Proven experience managing agents, distributors, or direct customer accounts.
Collaboration & Communication:Comfortable discussing project details over the phone, negotiating orders, and seeking guidance when necessary.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with SAP and CRM databases is advantageous.
