An experienced Salesforce BA, is required by a leading organisation in Oxfordshire to join their dynamic team who are transforming businesses through technology. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' business objectives and the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement strategies that optimise Salesforce functionality to meet business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce features and functionalities to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance system capabilities and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
