At Capital City College Group (CCCG) we are dedicated to transforming lives through exceptional education and training. Our focus is providing our learners with the skills to be successful in their futures, whether that is continuing in education through higher education, or an apprenticeship, or supporting them into a higher-level job.
We are seeking to appoint a skilled and experienced Director of Sports to lead the development and delivery of our sports provision across the Group.
About the role
The Director of Sport will be responsible for the overall strategy, leadership, and management of sports provisions and will also be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our sports programs, promoting participation and excellence, and enhancing the student experience through sport and physical activity.
The role will work closely with colleagues across the group on a professional level to establish and maintain productive relationships and ensure growth and success of the academies.
About you
You will possess a degree level qualification in physical education or a sports management or a related field and experience in organising and managing sports events, competitions, and tournaments; you will have the ability to develop positive, collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels (internal and external) to promote the Group.
