One of our lovely nursery settings based in CR2 are looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and education to young children. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in early childhood education and a passion for working with children.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their self-esteem and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and supporting children's learning and development

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child protection policies
