Inclusive consulting is delighted to be partnering with our longstanding client Rackline in their search for a highly motivated and self-driven Area Sales Manager to join their successful sales team.
They supply a variety of industries and have a strong reputation in the storage solutions market working with several high-profile organisations across the Public and Private sectors. This role offers unparalleled opportunity for an established and successful Sales Executive to take the next step in their career. This is a field-based opportunity covering the East Midlands in which you will drive and manage your own portfolio. It is anticipated that your portfolio will consist of a 50/50 split between developing existing accounts and new business development. As such, you will be a confident self-starter who has demonstrable experience in new business development while maintain exceptional service to existing accounts.
The successful candidate will therefore need to have a consistent track record in achieving and exceeding personal sales targets. You will be reporting directly into the Sales Director who recognises that hard work should be rewarded and, as such, this opportunity offers uncapped commission and excellent earning potential. We’re particularly interested in speaking with individuals who are confident in their ability to interpret technical construction drawings, have worked previously with architects and/or interior designers, and those who have experience of working with warehouses, back-of-house retail or shopfitters.

Develop bids and tender documentation for public sector sales proposals.
Professionally and effectively deploy sales skills to achieve sales targets.
A proven track record of leading a successful sales portfolio in a similar sector.
Highly experienced in direct B2B sales.
