Consumer Lender - Manchester
I'm supporting an established Consumer Lender with their search for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager. This is a great opportunity to design, implement and embed the Operational Risk framework along with the risk management systems through a period of transformation
As Senior Operational Risk Manager you will:
- Design, implement and embed the Operational Risk Framework and risk systems
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing RCSAs, Key Risk Indicators, Scenarios Risk Event Management.
- Own and deliver an effective 2nd line oversight, review and challenge framework for execution across the bank.
- Lead and deliver an effective Enterprise Risk Training program covering all layers of the organisation.
- Provide strong SME expertise to guide and challenge as your partner with units across the bank.
- Lead ad-hoc in-depth reviews, internal and external reporting as required.
Apply for the Senior Risk Manager position if you have:
- Demonstrable Enterprise Risk Manager experience
- Recent experience of designing an Enterprise Risk Framework
- Retail banking preferred
- Technical expertise of operational risk including risk identification, assessment and remediation
- Strong people management and stakeholder skills
