The position delivers a variety of duties, providing outstanding service to ensure that our onsite luxury Safari Lodge guests receive an incredible accommodation experience.
The role will also support a variety of physical guest preparation duties including food, luggage and guest transfers, and be on hand to assist with any other additional guest requests.
Your previous experience in a hospitality or accommodation setting will mean you are a people person. Your strong communication skills and customer focused nature will help you ensure our teams make our guests feel like VIPs, anticipating and delivering beyond their expectations of quality customer service.
You will understand that the role does not come as a 9 to 5 and will therefore be flexible in your approach to working rotating shifts to provide a continuous 24-hour guest service.
