Ricoh are currently recruiting for a RBS Ricoh Global Services Customer Reporting Analyst based in Northampton who will fulfil the contract reporting and analysis requirements of key global customer, which includes day to day interface with the Sales organisation (RGS, GAMS, bid and tender teams) in addition to the client.

  • Produce reporting to the relevant client contacts (internal and external) on KPI’s and data analysis as defined within the contract. These could be, but are not limited to, spend by purchase order and budgets, client accruals, analysis of service and product MI, volume metrics, and pre-billing information such as meter readings.
  • Administer and control all reporting and issuing of invoices, in line with the client’s requirements within agreed SLA’s and targets.
  • Analyse and examine costs to establish the agreement in line with the contract.
  • This role will have involvement with Credit Management – where applicable, request client funds by preparing reconciliations in line with the terms of the contract.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the contract financial files, for the entire duration of the contract to ensure that governance is achieved.
  • Build relationships internally with the Billing and Collection teams when handling issues and queries to come to an effective resolution.
You will ideally have
  • Ideally candidates will be degree educated or equivalent level, with preference give to studies in finance or business administration.
  • An excellent track record of successful management in large, complex and dynamic businesses, international experience would be very helpful.
  • Strong PC skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint & Power BI would be a distinct advantage
  • Ideal candidates will have the ability to maintain a high degree of focus on results, through regular/continuous review and accurate and timely reporting
  • Any previous experience of understanding of Ricoh’s products and services would be an advantage plus the ability to to articulate customer’s obligations in terms of services provided
  • Preferably candidates will have the ability to deal with ‘difficult customers’, resolve conflict and confrontation
  • Ideally successful candidates will have a strong degree of commercial experience, understand impact of decisions taken.
  • Any experience of multi-cultural environments and understanding of cultural difficulties (customers, OPCO, RSS) would be an advantage.
  • Any additional language skills would be a benefit, with particular focus to European or Nordic language as an advantage, but not required.
  • Previous knowledge or experience of Oracle financials would be a benefit.
