We are currently working with a growing American Start-Up who are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their team in their London office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their legal experience with a company who is willing to support that growth.

Our startup has an exciting team and a customer-centric culture. We aim at long-term partnerships with our advertisers and users. We are the first and last calls they should have to make when they have things we can help with.

As a self-sufficient Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will be a key asset to our Group legal, compliance and corp. admin department, reporting directly to the Joint Head of Legal. Your role will involve managing a range of Group corporate legal, compliance and administrative functions, providing essential support to our operations, and embodying a strong sense of integrity in your work.

We are a startup, so every day will be different, but you can expect to:

Independently conduct comprehensive legal research to inform strategic decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to facilitate corporate transactions and compliance matters.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external legal counsel, regulatory agencies, and business partners.
Provide proactive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and travel arrangements.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all legal and corporate activities.

Bachelor's degree in Law, paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.
Proficiency in conducting independent legal research using online resources, databases, and legal tech tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of both legal and corporate principles.
