The company’s Operations Team is a vital part of their business, keeping goods flowing into the warehouses and out again to customers all over the country. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, optimising processes, and ensuring the company adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
You will bring a solid understanding of industry best practices, legal compliance, and trends in operations management, and will make sure the company policies and procedures are robust and adhered to
• Stock Control: You will manage and update our stock system to ensure that the real-time stock values for products remain accurate
• Logistics: You will ensure that customers receive prompt and helpful logistics advice and work with the delivery partners to maximise customer success
You will be expected to travel from time to time to the company’s other warehouse and office in Glasgow.
You will need to have some experience in a related field such as warehouse management, operations or logistics.
