As the Demand Planner UK & Europe , you will play a pivotal role in managing and forecasting demand for our diverse wine portfolio across UK and European markets. Collaborating closely with global teams and major retail customers, you will ensure we have sufficient stock to meet market demand while optimising inventory levels, production efficiency and forecast accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain and commercial success while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in balancing market demands with production efficiency, driving success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development UK & Europe, your primary duties will include:
Developing accurate demand forecasts by analysing customer data, market trends, and promotional plans.
Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory levels meet market demands whilst achieving production efficiency.
Facilitating planning meetings with senior management, presenting key insights, and driving alignment between supply and demand.
Monitoring and reporting on demand trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
Implementing process improvements to enhance forecasting, reporting, and inventory management capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand planning, preferably within the wine, beverage, or FMCG sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, coupled with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with demand planning software is highly desirable.
