About the Role

The Fleet Support Specialist, based out of our London City - Monument office , is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the fleet management team in ensuring the smooth operation, procurement, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's fleet of vehicles. This role encompasses a variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to technical support.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will look like this:
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration and licensing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies, procedures, and guidelines. 
  • Coordinate vehicle procurement, including researching options, obtaining quotes, and managing purchasing processes. 
  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs for fleet vehicles.
  • Utilise fleet management software or databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet information. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing fleet operations, including vehicle safety and emissions requirements. 
  • Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Stay abreast of changes in regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. 
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in fleet management, automotive service coordination, or related field. 
  • Knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using fleet management software or databases. 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
