Global HR Reporting Analyst (Law firm) City of London
Hybrid working

Global leading international law firm.

You will be responsible for extracting and analysing data and (as part of a team) explaining trends, highlighting results and making recommendations (if appropriate). You will create a regular set of reports that meet the needs of HR and the wider business. There will also be some ad-hoc reporting.

Provide general reporting support to the HR and Business community
Identify data needed to provide solutions to reporting needs
Manage data privacy and confidentiality
Drive data gathering, review and analysis of data
responsible for recommending, creating, editing, and delivering standard
Experience working in the legal industry or professional services preferred
