Ready to help build something extraordinary in the world of motorsport? We're excited to be supporting a new, fast-growing motorsport start-up emerging from stealth and backed by an experienced founder in high-performance automotive experiences. As they scale their operations and prepare for international events, we're building a brand-new mechanical team and are now hiring both No.1 Mechanics and No.2 Mechanics. Why Join? Be part of a new motorsport venture where your experience helps shape how the team operates. Work directly on high-performance motorsport machinery that delivers authentic F1-style experiences. Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing technical team that values precision, pride, and professionalism. Travel internationally to top motorsport destinations across the UK, US, Middle East, and beyond. Enjoy a competitive base salary, travel benefits, and performance bonus. The Roles We are hiring both No.1 Mechanics and No.2 Mechanics as we build a complete, high-performance garage team. Both roles will support the preparation, build, maintenance, and trackside operation of vehicles, ensuring flawless performance and an unforgettable experience for clients and guests. The work is hands-on, fast-paced, and central to delivering safe, reliable, and breath-taking on-track action. No.1 Mechanics will take a senior, lead-technician role guiding vehicle preparation, supporting the Chief Mechanic, and setting the technical standard in the garage. No.2 Mechanics will work as key members of the mechanical team, executing high-quality builds, maintenance, and trackside support while developing their technical depth. What You'll Do: See the results of your engineering craftsmanship on track by building, maintaining, and preparing high-performance cars to exacting standards. Immerse yourself in elite motorsport environments with hands-on garage and trackside operations during testing, pit stops, and live events. Contribute to a world-class client experience by ensuring every vehicle is safe, reliable, immaculate, and ready to perform. Travel globally and play an integral role in delivering unforgettable motorsport events. Help shape the culture of a start-up team where communication, discipline, and teamwork matter as much as technical ability. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a race mechanic in GT, F2/F3, LMP, or similar high-performance motorsport environments. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, assembly, diagnostics, and trackside maintenance. If you're passionate about motorsport and want to be part of an ambitious start-up at the beginning of something special, apply today, we're building the team now.
