Job Description Senior Product Manager – Customer Experience (B2C)


One of the UK’s leading SaaS organisations is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for customer experience, your role will be to drive incremental business and user impact on various websites.


The office is based in Fleet where you can expect to visit around once a week to work closely with the team.


The Senior Product Manager - User will have responsibilities that include:
Gain a deep understanding of user and business requirements to identify, and fill gaps as well as generate new ideas to improve overall customer experience
Analyse data and conduct comprehensive research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation
Developing roadmaps for the candidate experience that execute on delivering short term value
Ability to influence colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and thought process


Technical understanding of and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Hands-on experience balancing long-term innovation and short-term improvements
Able to effectively manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects down into manageable pieces
Ability to own the development and execution of Product Strategy for the customer experience (vision, mission and roadmap)
Data-driven decision making


In terms of package on offer, you can expect a salary of between £80k - 85k depending on experience, along with other great benefits including a bonus scheme.
