Full time

Are you an experienced teacher open to teaching in EYFS or KS1? Teach Plus are currently working with a mainstream primary school in the Ruislip area who are seeking an EYFS/KS1 Teacher. The school values are to achieve, support, pride, inspire, respect and enjoy. They are looking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and creative individual to join their friendly team.

You will be working as a class teacher for EYFS/ KS1 to fulfil the professional responsibilities as a teacher. Must need to demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge for pupils to grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. You will need to work well as part of a team with the TA's and LSA's to ensure the needs of all children are being met. You will need to communicate effectively to parents and senior leadership team regarding the progress of the pupils.

As an EYFS/KS1 Teacher you will be required to:

To plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school's plans, curriculum and schemes of work
To ensure that accurate, regular assessment (in accordance with school policy) is carried out and that assessments inform future planning
To adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
To set high standards which inspires, motivate and challenge pupils
Provide opportunities for independent learning and the development of autonomy for all children in the group or class
To support the ethos of the school and to contribute to the general well-being and safety of all the
Encouraging members of the community: pupils, parents, colleagues, governors and all others involved
To set standards of dress, language and behaviour which are appropriate to a member of our school community
To communicate effectively with pupils, parents and carers
To carry out such duties appropriate to the level of the role as directed by the Headteacher or line managerThe ideal candidate for an EYFS/KS1 Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status - QTS
Enhanced DBS on the update service - Child work force
