A fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a lovely care home. Responsibilities of the role:
  • Managing the nursing and wider team across the home
  • Rota planning, Audits and working alongside the relevant authorities.
  • Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis.
  • Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times.
  • Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered, and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.
Person specification:
  • Have a live, valid NMC PIN
  • Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • You will have strong communication and organisational skills.
  • You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.
