Efficiently handle various Excel tasks including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
" Oversee Procurement Tracking spreadsheet and contract database which details procurement activities, monitoring suppliers, contract end dates, activity status, annual/12month spend data, and savings figures to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
" Assist Procurement Managers with tasks; Support the Head of Procurement with adhoc administration tasks.
" Support Travel Booker when required.
" Ensure team rota is completed and shared with the team weekly.

Strong administration skills with excellent Excel skills who is able to comfortably navigate various functions; Intermediate-Advanced alternative MS Office skills (Word/PowerPoint)
" Comfortable in helping to drive change and improvement
" Experienced in an admin/data analyst role
" Desired power BI experience or similar data and reporting software
" Creative in solving problems and passionate about continuing to innovate
" Can work well under pressure and analyse large data sets
" Future responsibilities (if wished but not mandatory) in transactional buying and procurement activities as career development.
" Financial/Retail background beneficial
