Throughout the apprenticeship program, you will work towards an AdvancedApprenticeship in Engineering (Mechatronics Maintenance), gaining bothpractical, on-the-job experience and earning industry-recognizedqualifications. Year 1 is full-time residential (classroom) training at one ofour training provider facilities. As a result, you may be required to workaway from home Monday to Friday each week during term time (costs will besupported by Amazon), combined with short periods working at one of ouroperations warehouses. Subsequent years will comprise day or block releasetraining at a specialist college where you will study for an HNC inEngineeringMechatronics, and on-the-job training in a FulfilmentSortationCentre or Delivery Station among our team of technicians and engineers.Previous experience is notessential, as comprehensive training will be provided.We advise you to submit your application as soon as possible, as the roleswill close once filled. We will be holding online assessments from Novemberthrough to February, with assessment centers taking place between February andMay. August 2025 or later• You will be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building(September 2025)• You have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C4 or above (or equivalent): Maths,English and a sciencetechnology subjectIf you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then we willrequire a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for thescheme.
