Real Estate Finance Lawyer Mid/Senior Associate

We are working with a global law that is in the market to recruit a mid-senior level Associate to join their highly ranked Real Estate Finance team in London.

Their highly regarded team provides a full-service approach. They advise on the full spectrum of asset classes involving real estate finance products, which includes, commercial real estate loan origination investment finance, development finance, mezzanine/junior finance, real estate infrastructure finance, CMBS, CRE, CLOs and other structured deals financing commercial real estate assets and complex cross border, multi-jurisdictional financings.

Their client portfolio is broad and includes lenders, sponsors, issuers, arrangers and dealers through to regulators and governments.

The successful candidate will principally be involved in a broad range of transactional real estate finance work, acting for both lender and borrower clients often with a cross-border component.

Applications are sought from experienced Real Estate Finance lawyers with upwards of 5 years' PQE gained at a leading practice with a reputation for work in real estate finance.
