Contract: One-year fixed term contract; Part-time (22.Location: Home based; Fully remote
The role will play a vital part in the company meeting its strategic objectives by helping the Sales Team secure major new business and existing client tenders. You will report to the Head of Bids and work closely with the Sales Team, Bid Team Co-Ordinator, and SMEs companywide to co-ordinate, prepare, write, and submit tenders / bids.
This is a fixed-term position for up to one year, providing necessary cover whilst a member of the Bid Team is on maternity leave. This is a fully remote position, and they will provide the successful candidate with all the necessary equipment for the role.
Represent our client's bid function (help execute the daily, weekly, and long-term team strategy, led by the guidance of the Head of Bids).
Developing a deep understanding of the available content, subject matter experts and their corporate credentials to help complete bids and advise salespeople and account managers on the appropriate content to use on each bid.
Bid/proposal writing experience in a corporate commercial environment.
Advanced MS Word Skills & proficient in MS Office.
Flexible and committed to meeting client and internal deadlines.
Fluent Business English writing.
Internal networking.
Articulate & creative, both in words and ideas.
