Job Description

As a non-contentious Construction Associate you will ;

  • Managing and executing legal documentation and contracts for various construction projects
  • Providing expert advice on non-contentious construction matters
  • Conducting due diligence checks on potential projects and contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring legal requirements are met
  • Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks
  • Assisting with dispute resolution and negotiation, where necessary
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in construction law and regulations
  • Supporting the legal team in other relevant tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Non-contentious Construction Associate should have:

  • A degree in Law, preferably with a focus on construction or property law
  • Demonstrable experience in non-contentious construction law
  • In-depth knowledge of the professional services industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
