As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals. Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
Oversee the configuration and customisation of Salesforce CRM to meet the specific needs of the logistics operations.
Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong track record of leading successful Salesforce projects.
Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and logistics industry challenges.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
