Office Location : Lancaster

The Role: Our client in the Lancaster area is now looking to add to their engineering team and are looking for electronic engineers to join them in their new, modern offices. They are a small, growing team with plenty of exciting new projects planned and are looking for engineers at different levels of experience to join them.

So, if you are an experienced electronic engineer looking for a new challenge or a junior/mid-level electronic engineer looking for the chance to work on brand new product design whilst working closely with experienced engineers apply today.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Multi-layer PCB Design
  • Analogue and Digital circuits
  • Comms protocols: Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, RS232 etc
  • Microcontroller design – ARM, PIC, TI, Atmel etc
  • Degree qualification – Engineering subject

The successful electronic engineers will get the chance to contribute throughout the full design life cycle on a range of new projects whilst also providing updates and new features to existing devices. You will be involved at initial requirements gathering stages and work closely with your colleagues to design and development high quality, reliable circuits that are fit for manufacture. Their products are high value devices and as such their design need to meet specific industry standards, so an eye for detail and a keenness to problem solve is required.

Desirable Experience:

  • Altium Designer
  • RF or FPGA design
