Job Title: Production Operative

Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm

CRS are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join a team in Gretna Green. Reporting to the Team Leader/General Manager, the Production Operative will play a vital role in our fast-paced production setting, primarily responsible for stacking finished goods and grading reject timber. Ensure efficient and effective production while maintaining quality standards.
Accountable for the quality of finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area, including the reject off-shoot area at the end of the line.
Contribute to keeping the plant organized and clean during downtime.
Report any identified or caused damage to the Production Manager.
Assist in end-of-shift cleaning duties.
Previous experience in a similar production environment preferred but not essential.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
