Marketing Executive Location : Grantham Salary : £24000 Hours - Office based - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 Job Summary We are looking for the right candidate to take on the Marketing Executive role. This is an exciting time for our client and this role is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic and motivated marketing team, helping run local marketing activity for a network of office across several brands. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage local marketing activity across social media for multiple brands.
  • Produce and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Produce and analyse reports on marketing activity to demonstrate results.
  • Build relationships and provide marketing advice and support.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences.
  • Produce a marketing audit for accounts to determine opportunities and weaknesses for subsequent marketing activity.
  • Write and proofread creative copy.
  • Ensure that the current branding, values and tone of voice are maintained in all communications.
Qualities/Experience required:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification desirable.
  • Creative writing style.
  • Proficient with using social media.
  • Ability to use the Adobe Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Flexible nature and willing to take on new tasks.
  • Full UK driving license
Essential Characteristics
  • Creative - Must to be able to identify and create on brand marketing materials.
  • Organised - This role requires an organised individual to be able to complete various tasks to the appropriate standards.
  • Motivated - The role is very varied and can very often involve thinking on your feet and working at a fast pace. The candidate may be required to research and deliver new initiatives with no current processes to work within so self-motivation is essential.
