You will be responsible for the management, planning and delivery of a wide variety of creative deliverables for the Brand, Creative & Design team.
Proactively managing, monitoring and owning the flow of briefs/projects from initial concept to release
Working with marketing partners through the exploration and ideation stage, arranging kick-off meetings, actively attending channel updates, gathering information and assets as required and obtaining necessary approvals
Creating and managing the brand planning processes, systems and timelines; continuously improving these and use them to accomplish brand and marketing goals
Serving as the main point of contact for LGIM's internal creative agency and external agencies for all day-to-day aspects of a brief/ project
Briefing and project administration - writing briefs, creating brief / project schedules, resource and time planning, coordinating stakeholder feedback, proof-reading
Highly organised, detail-focussed individual with exceptional project, admin, budget, and cost management skills
Creative thinker with ability to articulate and convey concepts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner
Skilled with a keen eye for design, with a strong passion for marketing and advertising
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
