About the role What makes us unique is that our Front Office (or as we like to call it Mission Control) is not the same as a traditional hotel

our guests are in control of how they wish to interact with us Using check-in kiosks instead of the traditional Reception desk, it allows us to give our guest time back instead of queuing

giving back time to our guest is what we love to do. Our Mission Control Supervisors (Reception Shift Leaders) will be given autonomy and act as key contact for the Mission Control team and for the hotel

responsibilities you would not get in a traditional hotel You will be expected to work night shifts, ensuring we have sufficient 24-hour coverage. The skills we are looking for are: Previous experience in a customer service environment, especially within hospitality. Desirable: team leader responsibilities within a hotel. Used Opera Cloud, or any other PMS system. Hotel opening experience would be an advantage, but not essential. Are you someone who has Front Office experience and looking for a new challenge?
