We work closely with the NHS providing our services across the Midlands and further a field.
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work across our contracts in the West Midlands working on the tools supporting our installation engineers. These range from MOD, NHS and Commercial council buildings . The works are varied depending on the applicants qualifications and experience but this will be working on our project and installation team, for Plumbing, Fabrication and Ventilation.
Working as a senior mechanical engineer working on the tools
Conduct regular team meetings and provide training as needed.
Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
Supervise the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems according to project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the availability of materials and services.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
