This Legal 500 ranked firm advises businesses and individuals, both nationally and internationally. The firm offers a range of core services across many sectors: commercial (including technology and intellectual property), corporate, regulatory, restructuring and insolvency, dispute resolution (including litigation and international arbitration), employment, immigration, international family law, projects/PFI, real estate, sustainable agriculture, court of protection and tax and trusts.

The Private Client team has a well-established practice and has consistently been awarded the top accolade in the Chambers High Net Worth rankings and has also been awarded STEP Platinum Employer Partner accreditation. The team works across four main offices across the UK and advises on a full range of Private Client work including:

• tax advice for individuals and their wealth
• the creation and administration of trust and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth
• The Tax, Trusts, and Succession team covers international tax planning, UK-US estate planning, and routinely navigate succession planning complexities like capital gains, inheritance tax and stamp duty. The role also offers a real opportunity for career progression.

Qualified solicitor with previous experience of working within the private client field, with a proven track record of meeting financial and non-financial targets.
- Have trained and qualified in the private client team of a highly regarded firm in London.
- Have proven commercial experience of working in a Private Client team as an Associate.
- Be able to understand the importance of not just legal excellence but offering the firm’s advice in a way that reflects the client's commercial objectives.
