Bumble is looking for an ambitious Senior Pricing Manager to own the pricing architecture for the Bumble and Badoo apps. The role will be key in ensuring the prices of our subscription and consumables are aligned to the value users are receiving. This role will be based in London, UK and reports to the Pricing Lead.

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the economy management strategy across Bumble and Badoo
  • Own the pricing of in-app currencies and consumable and contribute to the cross-functional unit to build the pricing strategy during the user lifecycle 
  • Build a framework for supporting the value definition of new products
  • Closely collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, Payments and Billing, Legal and Engineering teams to ensure excellent process and execution
  • Collaborate with user research and comms to build deep customer understanding and communication strategies for pricing optimisations
  • A/B test setup, monitoring and understanding of results
About You
  • 5+ years in a comparable role, with a proven track record of successfully driving value through implementing successful pricing initiatives, ideally including subscriptions
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from data and research
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, modelling processes and risk management
  • Experience with setting up and interpreting A/B tests
  • Good understanding of behavioural science, nudging and value based pricing 
  • You have a positive and committed attitude, with a flexible approach
  • You have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
  • You have great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Deeply passionate about Bumble’s brand vision and values
  • Experience in the Gaming or Dating industry
  • Experience pricing for subscriptions/virtual goods
  • Knowledge of modelling and algorithms
  • Experience working with Product and Data Science teams
