A leading pesticide business based in Farnham is currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Due to growth, the company has identified the need for a well-connected Technical Manager to spearhead their innovation, development and regulatory activities – relating to cutting-edge pest control solutions. This dynamic role entails leading product development, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Manage formulation and efficacy testing to meet performance, safety, and environmental benchmarks.
Work closely with chemists and biologists to optimise product performance.
Serve as a liaison between technical, sales, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Travel to international events when required.

Degree level qualified in Chemistry or closely related field of study.
However, this role will also suit a talented Technical Manager from the industrial chemical industry.
Proven record of managing product development or technical projects from inception to commercialisation.
Strong leadership experience – managing cross-functional teams including regulatory, formulation, quality and trials.
A strong understanding of industry regulations – biocides, chemicals or pesticides.
Proficiency in presenting technical data clearly to diverse audiences.
