The successful candidate will independently manage their own caseload and provided advice in the following areas:
  • Divorce
  • Financial Remedy Orders
  • Co-habitee disputes, including Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees applications
  • Child arrangements orders
  • Schedule 1 applications
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Co-habitation agreements
  • Parenting plans
  • Experience in alternative dispute resolution is also preferred
Key Responsibilities :
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel for document creation
  • Using audio digital dictation
  • Managing emails and the electronic diary through Outlook
  • Communicating effectively with clients and all parties involved in the legal process
  • Prioritizing workload efficiently
  • Adhering to the firm’s procedures
  • Demonstrating strong numeracy and written skills
The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified Family Solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE)
  • Be a strong organiser with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Being a qualified Mediator would be an added advantage.
