Director - Project Manager

As the Project Director, your role is critical in overseeing the successful execution of major and complex construction contracts. :
Quality and Environment:Ensure that all aspects of quality, environmental compliance, and progress align with contracted, internal, and regulatory requirements.
# Resource Management:Manage employee resources, including providing cover for site staff during annual leave or training.
# Constructability Review:Review constructability and identify execution methods that offer commercial or program advantages where possible.
# Regularly communicate with BU MD/Regional Managers and advise the contract team on legal, safety, environmental, technical, or construction matters.
# Financial Monitoring:Monitor interim accounts, payments, progress, and profitability of the contract. Also, oversee QS Final Account and Loss and Expense negotiations, applying cost-benefit analysis to all activities.

# Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience reporting at a senior management/director level to both internal and external stakeholders.
