Are you a skilled IT Technician/Engineer with a passion for making a positive impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a IT Field Engineer as they continue to grow and onboard additional clients to the business. They are striving to be the leader in their industry by providing outstanding client service as well as a commitment to only offering products and solutions that are genuinely needed.

Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineer:

Conduct regular on-site visits to client, addressing a range of IT networking and end-user support requests.
Provide technical support and consultancy for IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google, and Apple platforms.
Process and escalate support requests both on-site and remotely via the helpdesk.
Collaborate with Account Managers on project work at client sites, contributing to the direction and scope of projects.

Strong experience within an IT support role or an IT consultancy environment.
Proficiency in Windows AD, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, and MS InTune device management.
Well-developed network troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies.
Some experience in VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V (desirable).
Familiarity with recent Microsoft Server builds (2016-2019).
Relevant certification in Networking (e.g., CCNA) and/or Microsoft.

Please note that this is a field-based role and as such, the majority of your working week will be based on client sites. As such, you must offer a driving licence and be willing to travel between sites within a reasonable distance. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for site travel.
