My client a beautiful pub in Sussex is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the back of house team.

They pride themselves in the quality of their real ale, and concentrate on local breweries and other micro breweries.

The food is cooked to order, using fresh, seasonal and where possible locally sourced ingredients. Their menus change on a regular basis and they also offer a small selection of seasonal specials on a daily basis.

This is a great package £37k plus benefits

Salary is £29k plus tips ( approx £6k per year) plus performance bonus based on GP achieved. ( £1-2k) . They also offer Private Health insurance after 3 months employment.

Position is live out . Four day week, with split shifts.
